Detects anti- gondii IgM and IgG in human serum, plasma or whole blood by utilizing T. gondii-specific antigens

1. Rubella IgG/IgM Rapid Test

Utilizes Rubella virus antigen for the detection of anti-rubella virus IgG/IgM in human serum, plasma or whole blood

IgG (G1) 15-250IU/mL indicates previous exposure & protective immunity, IgG(G2) ≥250 IU/MI indicates acute infection

LoD calibrated against WHO standard (RUBI-1-94)

Utilizes CDC recommended recombinant HSV-specific glycoprotein G1& G2

Early detection of HSV to diagnose the possibility of miscarriage, stillbirth, microcephaly, hydrocephalus, chorioretinitis & vesicular skin lesions

Overall agreement of IgG: 90.7% & IgM: 85.0%
