The INFINITE Creatinine-SL single reagent is intended for the in vitro quantitative diagnostic determination of creatinine in human serum or urine on manual systems.

This kit is suitable for use on both semi-automatic and fully automated analyzers. Its robustness and compatibility make it a preferred choice for diagnostic laboratories aiming for efficient and cost-effective creatinine testing.
Creatinine reacts with picric acid under alkaline conditions to form a yellow-red complex. The absorbance of the colour produced, measured at a wavelength of 505nm, is directly proportional to creatinine concentration in the sample.
The kit is stable until the expiry date labelled on the bottles when properly stored at 2 – 8°C.
The measuring wavelength is 505nm or (495 – 520).
The reaction is linear up to a serum creatinine concentration of 20mg/dL.
The kit is available in the following pack sizes: 2×50 & 4x50ml.
When tested on a chemistry analyzer, the reagent showed excellent calibration stability for more than 15 days.
The reagent showed excellent performance with controls. Results obtained within +/- 2SD.
