Cancellation,Return&Replacement Policy

We have a diversified returns policy, which means all products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.

To return an item, customers must notify us through our website or by an e-mail, upon which a prompt response is assured to such notifications. Once the Product return/complaint request has lodged by you, Medmeu shall initiate a process to vet the request and proceed accordingly.
- The option to return/refund will be allowed to you at the sole discretion of Medmeu, and such requests may only be considered in the following situations:
Full Refund / Exchange Possible If:
- you received a defective item (Supported by authenticated inhouse validation reports);
- The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
- The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
- Incorrect order processing, where you have placed an order for one item code but a different item code was dispatched by Medmeu
- The customer is to initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If after opening the consignment you find that the product(s) is damaged then immediately (within no later than 2 hours from the receipt of the order) click the photo of the damaged product(s) as well as the product label(s) and send it to our email id- along with the order number and the invoice number, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once we receive the email, an investigation will be initiated at our end. After a thorough investigation, if the issue raised is found to be valid, we will make arrangements to dispatch a new product subject to the availability of the stock.
Refund

Please Note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking or e-wallet, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

For Exchange, the goods shall be sent as early as possible after receiving all inputs from Original Manufacturer.

For defective items, medmeu will notify Original Manufacturer for support, resolving validation errors etc.
